RETURN & EXCHANGE
We are happy to issue store credit only for returns on full priced items purchased from our website. You can then re-order your correct style, colour and size. Items must be unworn, undamaged and be in the exact condition they were received in with all security tags, labels and sanitary stickers (applicable for swimwear) attached.
You are entitled to an exchange within 14 days of your purchase for store credit only. Anything outside this time frame will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return should we deem the garment to breach these conditions. We do not accept returns on sale items.
All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges Within The UAE
Exchanges within the UAE are free of charge.
Please ensure you have booked in your return/exchange with our customer service team via email email@example.com and you will be sent the returns form or download it from here.
Please complete the returns form and send it back to us. Don't forget to include the reason for your return. We will arrange a collection of your returned items within 2 days.
Return shipping remains at the customer’s expense. International orders are advised to provide return tracking information in order to have their return booking approved.

White Palm Boutique will not be held liable if the return parcel is not received. Any return customs charges will remain at the customer’s expense. If customs fees are left unpaid your return parcel will sent back to you.
